Gidroteks-R (repair) — plaster waterproofing and levelling
Non-shrink plaster mix for levelling and waterproofing concrete and masonry in basements, bathrooms and showers; watertightness grade W8.

Against pressurised water in buried and semi-buried structures, a rapid-hardening hydraulic plug is used: a portion of the mix is gauged in one go, formed into a ball and pressed into the hole at the leak point, holding it for several minutes. Stopping the leak takes from 0.3 to 5 min, and after 1 h the hole is finally sealed with Gidroteks-Sh. The plug is resistant to hydrostatic pressure and aggressive media, has a watertightness grade of at least W16 and bond to concrete of at least 3.3 MPa; packaging — 0.7 and 6.0 kg buckets.
| Manufacturer | Gidroteks — OOO “Gidroteks-SPb”, Saint Petersburg |
|---|---|
| Type | hydraulic plugs |
| Use | leak repair, foundations and basements |
| Base | rapid-hardening dry dispersed capillary penetrating waterproofing building mix: Portland cements, aggregate, complex chemical additives; cement-based, solvent-free |
| Colour | grey (grey dry dispersed mix) |
| Packaging | 0.7 and 6.0 kg polymer buckets |
| Application method | for eliminating pressurised leaks through cracks, joints and technological openings in buried and semi-buried structures under constant active water infiltration; pour about 300–400 g of mix per leak point into a wetted container, gauge in one go with room-temperature water (20 °C) at 15% of the weight (45–60 ml per 300–400 g), mix vigorously with a wetted paddle for 30–40 s to a moist-earth consistency, form a ball; adding more water later is prohibited; press in by hand or caulk with a metal or wooden cylinder, press and hold for 3–5 min, filling the hole to 20–30 mm less than its depth; after 1 h fill the hole completely with Gidroteks-Sh; seal vertical leaks from top to bottom |
| Application temperature | not below +5 °C (ambient air) |
| Curing | rapid-hardening: working time 0.3–5.0 min, pressurised leaks are stopped in 0.3 to 5 min |
| Key properties | watertightness grade at least W16 (GOST 12730.5); concrete with a 20 mm thick filling: watertightness under positive pressure >W16, under negative pressure W14 (uncoated concrete W2); flexural tensile strength after 28 days at least 8.2 MPa, compressive strength at least 23 MPa (GOST 310.4); bond strength to concrete at least 3.3 MPa (GOST 31383), after 28 days >3.3 MPa; diffusion permeability to CO2 — impermeable; resistant to hydrostatic pressure and aggressive media; fire-safe; service temperature −40…+90 °C |
| Consumption | 1.9–2.0 kg/dm³ (in terms of dry mix); about 300–400 g per pressurised leak point |
| Shelf life | 18 months in polymer buckets; store in dry closed warehouses in the manufacturer's packaging, preventing moistening; at temperatures above +30 °C protect from direct sunlight; buckets on wooden pallets 15 cm above the floor, max 4 tiers, cover with dense polymer film |
| Standards | TU 5716-001-02717961-93 as amended; GOST 31357-2007; GOST 34669-2020; declaration of conformity ROSS RU D-RU.RA01.V.03737/26 dated 16.02.2026, valid until 15.02.2029 |
