LEVL Coat 161 — polyurethane hardening impregnation for concrete
One-component impregnation for weak porous mineral substrates; applied at air temperatures down to −10 °C, service from −60 °C.

The base for a self-levelling polymer or cementitious floor is levelled with LEVL Self 15, a mix on special cements. The compound is laid over LEVL Base 200 primer by hand or by machine, spread with a squeegee and rolled with a spiked roller; after 2–4 hours at +20 °C it can be walked on. After 28 days compressive strength is at least 30 MPa, flexural 8 MPa, bond 1.5 MPa. The next coating is applied after 2–3 days.
