NEOFLAME 517 RA weather-resistant fire protection compound

Fire protection of steel structures

The open industrial atmosphere of a temperate climate (U1–U3, type II atmosphere) and premises with high humidity are the main field of application for NEOFLAME 517 RA. This one-component ready-to-use compound on modified hybrid resins needs no protective coating: its service life without one is 10 years. Fire protection performance is up to R120 under a cellulosic fire curve, and seismic resistance is 9 points on the MSK-64 scale, including nuclear power plants of categories I and II. It is applied with hydraulic piston high-pressure units at temperatures from −10 to +35 °C.
