Penetrating waterproofing

The brush-applied modification of Kristallizol W12 is thinned to a runny sour-cream consistency and applied with a stiff synthetic brush or roller in two crosswise coats on dampened concrete. The material is designed for new concrete surfaces through which no water seeps during the work; it is not used on brick. The slurry can also be pumped into drill holes for injection waterproofing of concrete at pressures up to 4 atm. The coating withstands water pressure of 1.2 MPa (W12), pull-off strength after 28 days is 5.0 MPa, and frost resistance is at least 300 cycles.
