Innolayn NC40 F — winter grout for work at −10…+10 °C

Cementitious grouts

Innolayn NC40 F is intended for grouting at low temperatures, from −10 to +10 °C: even at −10 °C it reaches at least 10 MPa in compression after 6 hours, 25 MPa after 24 hours and 50 MPa by 28 days. The grout is used for high-precision installation of industrial equipment, grouting under column bases, monolithic joining of joints, installation of anchors and repair of concrete by pouring. For the first 24 hours the grout is covered with thermal insulation mats against draughts and cooling; water impermeability W16, frost resistance F1 1000.
