Composite strengthening

CarbonWrap Resin 300+ is a solvent-free two-component epoxy saturating resin used to impregnate carbon, aramid, basalt and glass fabrics and tapes of the CarbonWrap external reinforcement system. In the “wet” method it also serves as the primer resin, so no separate primer is needed; the components are mixed at a ratio of 100:30 by weight, and the pot life at 20 °C is at least 60 min. The bond to concrete exceeds 2.5 MPa with failure in the concrete, the shear strength is at least 12 MPa, and the kit weighs 19.5 kg.
