CarbonWrap® Repair FS repair mortar — rapid-hardening non-shrink mix
Non-shrink rapid-hardening mix for fast repair of concrete, masonry and cellular concrete, including under CarbonWrap Grid; 30 MPa after one day.
CarbonWrap Resin HT+ is chosen for external reinforcement of concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry and metal structures whose surface operates at 60–110 °C, and for use together with fire protection. Carbon tapes, fabrics and grids are impregnated with the resin by hand, applying it by roller or brush; the component ratio is 100:35 or 100:30 by weight, as per the product label. The glass transition temperature after curing for 15 h at 120 °C is 117–123 °C, after 6 h at 85 °C — 107–113 °C.
