Vetonit remokor N-40 — thixotropic levelling mortar, class R3
Fine-grained thixotropic class R3 mix for levelling, finishing and protecting reinforced concrete against aggressive media; 40 MPa compressive, W12.

With polymer and steel fibre, Vetonit remokor LF-60 is designed for structures under static and impact-dynamic loads: columns and beams, bridge slabs, dams, retaining walls, silos, cooling towers, airfield and road pavements, industrial floors. The non-shrink, non-segregating, high-flow class R4 mix is poured into formwork and allows elements with rebar corrosion of up to 15 % to be repaired without installing additional reinforcement. The flexural strength is at least 10 MPa at 28 days, the compressive strength 60 MPa, water impermeability W16.
| Manufacturer | Vetonit — OOO “Saint-Gobain Stroitelnaya Produktsiya Rus”, Arzamas |
|---|---|
| Type | pourable repair mortars |
| Use | columns and beams, bridges and overpasses, hydraulic structures and dams, roads and airfields, industrial buildings, floors |
| Base | dry mix based on high-strength cements, graded sand and special additives with polymer and steel fibre; non-shrink, non-segregating, high-flow compound |
| Colour | grey |
| Packaging | three-ply paper bag with a polyethylene middle ply, 25 kg |
| Application method | clean the concrete, remove weak areas (grinding, milling, sandblasting, wet abrasive blasting, shot blasting), wash with pressurised water; clean the rebar and immediately coat it with “Vetonit remokor 05”; dampen the substrate 24 h beforehand and again before the work (matt-damp); water +10…+30 °C, mortar temperature +10…+20 °C; first the minimum amount of water, then the dry mix, mix for 3–5 min with a drill and low-speed paddle or in a concrete mixer, pause 5 min, remix, add the rest of the water if necessary; do not overdose water; pour into strong, watertight formwork soaked with water; pour from one side of the formwork (the pouring side higher and wider), the mix flows under its own weight; for a layer thicker than recommended add washed gravel (crushed stone) 5–10 mm (5–20 mm) in an amount of 50–60 % of the dry mix weight; when pouring 60 mm at a time — a stiffer mix; pour from one side so as not to trap air |
| Application temperature | +5…+35 °C (air and substrate) |
| Curing | keep moist, protect from precipitation, sun and wind for 5 days; a film-forming curing compound may be used; for 5 days after the work the air and substrate temperature must not be below +5 °C |
