NEOFLAME 518 SP is recommended for oil and gas facilities. The two-component thick-film composition based on organofunctional silanes has anti-corrosion properties and resistance to petroleum products of more than 8,000 hours. The coating works in KhL, UKhL and U climatic versions, in environments with corrosivity up to C5-I/C5M to ISO 12944-2 and in open atmosphere without a protective layer, at temperatures from −60 to +100 °C. With a reinforcing glass or carbon mesh the compound is used for structural fire protection.
