NEOFLAME 516 R thick-film sprayable compound for structural fire protection

Fire protection of steel structures

In NEOFLAME 516 R, low thermal conductivity fillers are combined with ablative ones, and the binder is an acrylic resin in an organic solvent. The compound provides structural fire protection of steel structures up to R150 and is also used as thermal insulation for pipelines at temperatures up to +150 °C. Application and transport are possible in frost: it can be applied from −10 °C, with hydraulic piston high-pressure units. The coating is designed for premises with a slightly aggressive environment and canopies, and outdoors with a protective layer; seismic resistance is 9 points on the MSK-64 scale.
