Injection waterproofing

One-component AkvaVIS P1K requires no mixing: the hydroactive solvent-free polyurethane foam cures quickly on contact with water — the reaction starts after 60 s, and the compound becomes tack-free in 2 min. It is used to eliminate active water inflow, seal joints and cracks under dynamic loads, fill voids and consolidate soil behind tunnel and metro linings, and strengthen bases. The foam does not shrink or age under constant exposure to water, and adhesion to concrete is at least 0.3 MPa. It is injected with a piston pump at temperatures not below +5 °C.
