CarbonWrap® Primer two-component epoxy primer — substrate preparation
Epoxy primer for treating concrete, reinforced concrete and masonry before installing the CarbonWrap system; pot life at least 90 min.
For rapid restoration of surfaces the manufacturer offers CarbonWrap Repair FS non-shrink mix: after 1 day it reaches at least 30 MPa in compression, and at 28 days 50 MPa, with frost resistance F300 and water impermeability W10. The mortar with reinforcing fibres is suitable for concrete, reinforced concrete, masonry, reinforced masonry, brick, foam concrete and aerated concrete structures, including as a base for CarbonWrap Grid carbon grids. It works at pH from 4 to 13 and at constant temperatures up to +250 °C.
