LEVL PoliCem PU 05 — polyurethane-cement primer for PoliCem systems
Three-component primer for sealing concrete pores under polyurethane-cement floors in food, pharmaceutical and chemical production.

The conductive layer of an antistatic floor is made with LEVL Coat 105 AS, a black solvent-free water-based epoxy compound. It is applied in one coat with a velour roller over the primed substrate and copper earthing circuit, strictly observing the application rate: sand must not be added and the material must not be diluted. Electrical resistance is 10³–10⁵ ohm, adhesion to concrete at least 2.5 MPa. Next, LEVL Coat 309 AS, 311 AS or PoliCem PU 013 ER is laid; the shelf life of the material is 3 months.
